Delete your PacecraftAI account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Send us an email and we'll process your request within 30 days.
How to request deletion

Include in your email: the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate and delete the correct data.
What gets deleted
- Your runner profile (name, email, fitness goals, coaching preferences)
- All logged runs and GPS track points
- Training plans and weekly/daily schedules
- Conversation history with the AI coach
- Health metrics and sync history (steps, HRV, sleep data)
- Strava connection and linked activity data
- Push notification subscriptions
- Any scheduled runs and goal records
Deletion timeline

days
All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete. Anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total app run counts) that cannot be linked back to you are not subject to deletion.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd like to pause coaching instead, you can simply stop using the app — your data will remain available if you return.
