Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PacecraftAI ("we", "our", "us"), including the website at pacecraft.fit and all related services. By creating an account or using PacecraftAI, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use PacecraftAI.

1. The Service

PacecraftAI provides an AI-powered running coaching platform that generates personalised training plans, analyses your runs, and delivers coaching guidance via conversational AI.

PacecraftAI is not a medical or healthcare service. The coaching guidance provided is for informational and training purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, particularly if you have any medical conditions or injuries.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PacecraftAI.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free and Pro Plans

PacecraftAI offers a free tier (50 coaching messages/month, up to 5 stored runs) and a Pro Coach plan ($6/month or local currency equivalent). Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PacecraftAI for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• Abuse the AI coaching system by submitting harmful, offensive, or misleading inputs
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you input (run logs, messages, goals). By using PacecraftAI, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to provide the service, including passing messages to our AI providers to generate coaching responses.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the platform. We will never sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

6. Third-Party Integrations

PacecraftAI integrates with third-party services including Strava and Google. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes to their APIs.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PacecraftAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI coaching advice will result in any specific athletic outcome, injury prevention, or performance improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacecraftAI's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, injury, or loss of earnings.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep PacecraftAI available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
